ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
  • The abstract must be original and should not have been published elsewhere earlier.
  • Research studies and Case reports / Case series can be submitted.
  • Last date for submission: 5th January 2026, 5:00 PM
  • Registration for Best of ASA is mandatory to submit an abstract.
  • Immediate email notification will be sent upon submission.
  • Abstracts requiring corrections must be revised & resubmitted within 5 days.
  • Revised versions must be uploaded through the Submit Revised Paper option.
  • Final acceptance notifications will be released by 15th January 2026.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves full rights for acceptance or rejection.
  • All abstracts will be showcased as E-Posters.
  • The presenting author’s contact details must be complete and accurate.
  • Email & mobile number are mandatory for communication.
  • Abstracts must include final Results & Conclusion.
